I have always loved animals especially reptiles. I grew up catching and keeping a variety of pet reptiles and later worked for the Phoenix Herpetological Society Reptile Zoo where I learned how to work with venomous reptiles. I have a masters of education degree from Umass Lowell with a focus in science education. I have filmed with Animal Planet, Discovery Channel and National Geographic. Though I enjoy teaching about all animals, I absolutely love teaching people about reptiles and I have noticed that many people fear venomous reptiles, especially snakes. I teach people how to live safely around venomous creatures, hence the name venomteacher. I believe the more we learn about dangerous animals the safer we are and the easier it is to coexist with them.
